Game statistics (play time, moves made, fastest times)

Cosmetic selections (skins, patterns, styles, effects, backgrounds, sound packs)
In-app purchase status
Coin balance and rewards earned

Information Collected by Third Parties

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in our app. Google may collect:

4. Your Choices

App Tracking Transparency

On iOS 14.5 and later, we will request your permission before allowing ad-related tracking. You can change this permission at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Remove Ads

You may purchase the "Remove Ads" option within the app to permanently disable interstitial advertisements. Rewarded ads (which you choose to watch for bonuses) will remain available.

Data Deletion

To delete all local game data, simply uninstall the app from your device. All your progress, statistics, and preferences will be permanently removed.

You may also reset your advertising identifier in your device's privacy settings to limit ad tracking.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. The only data sharing that occurs is:

Advertising data shared with Google AdMob for the purpose of serving ads
Purchase verification with Apple for in-app purchases

6. Children's Privacy

Cubiks is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app:

Does not require account creation
Does not collect names, emails, or other identifying information
Does not include social features or user-generated content
Uses age-appropriate advertisements through Google AdMob's child-safe settings

7. Data Security

All game data is stored locally on your device using iOS's secure storage mechanisms. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Your game progress never leaves your device.

8. International Users

Cubiks is available worldwide. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, we comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA through our consent management platform.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised.
